Pool Keys will be available on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at CKM Property Management. If you are exchanging your key from last year the fee is $15 If you do not have a key to exchange, the fee is $25.00. Should you misplace or require a replacement key the cost is $25.00. There is a limit of one key per household.
Pool Keys can be picked up in person or by mail. CKM Property Management is located at 701 Clarence Tomball, TX 77375. If you want a key mailed to you, please complete the below forms and mail to CKM Property Management PO BOX 160 Tomball, TX 77377.
REQUIRED FORMS
There is an Indemnity Agreement and COVID waiver that is required to be completed before obtaining a key.

10:00 am – 10:00 pm
POOL CLOSED
MONDAYS FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS of age, MUST be accompanied by an ADULT MEMBER at all times. (18 years or older). Also, please remember pets are NOT allowed in the pool or pool area.
Please remember to be considerate of others while in the pool area. While some may be there to play, swim and splash, others just want to read, sunbathe, and relax.
